With a professional background in <strong data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"326\">neurosurgery and community nursing<\/strong>, Sabrina brings both <strong data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"371\">clinical excellence<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"394\">heartfelt care<\/strong> to the aged care sector.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"593\">Looking after older people has been her dream since childhood. She believes that every resident deserves a home filled with <strong data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"564\">warmth, respect<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"592\">genuine connection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"761\">At Roseridge, Sabrina remains <strong data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"666\">actively involved in daily operations<\/strong>, ensuring that the care provided is not only professional but also personal and compassionate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"806\">She leads a dedicated and experienced team:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"1407\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"968\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"968\"><strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"818\">Suani Copicop<\/strong>, our Acting Facility Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring all aspects of care and facility maintenance meet our high standards.
