With over 18 years of nursing experience across neurosurgery and community healthcare, Sabrina combines clinical excellence with a genuine understanding of the individual needs of older people.<\/p>\n

  • Suani Copicop<\/strong>, our Facility Manager, has been a valued member of the Roseridge team for over seven years. Having started in an administration and resident care support role, she has developed an in-depth understanding of Roseridge’s operations, values, and commitment to quality care. Through her dedication, professionalism, and outstanding contribution to quality assurance and compliance, Suani was appointed Facility Manager in early 2026 and has since become a permanent member of our leadership team. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and service delivery are maintained across all areas of Roseridge. Working closely with Sabrina<\/strong>, Suani leads auditing, quality improvement initiatives, compliance monitoring, and the implementation of policies and procedures. Her exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and proactive approach to continuous improvement have helped strengthen Roseridge’s quality systems and support positive outcomes for residents, families, and staff. Suani is highly respected by both colleagues and residents for her caring nature, reliability, and commitment to excellence. Her passion for doing things well and creating a supportive environment makes her an invaluable part of the Roseridge leadership team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
