Roseridge is proudly owner-operated by Sabrina Zhou, NZRN, whose vision, leadership, and passion for aged care are at the heart of everything we do. With over 18 years of nursing experience across neurosurgery and community healthcare, Sabrina combines clinical excellence with a genuine understanding of the individual needs of older people.

Believing that exceptional aged care extends beyond meeting clinical needs, Sabrina has built Roseridge on the values of compassion, respect, dignity, and family. Her commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement ensures that residents receive not only professional care, but also the warmth, comfort, and sense of belonging that transforms a rest home into a true home.
Through her active leadership and dedication to excellence, Sabrina continues to uphold the high standards and personal touch that make Roseridge a trusted choice for residents and their families.

Looking after older people has been her dream since childhood. She believes that every resident deserves a home filled with warmth, respect, and genuine connection.

At Roseridge, Sabrina remains actively involved in daily operations, ensuring that the care provided is not only professional but also personal and compassionate.

She leads a dedicated and experienced team:

  • Suani Copicop, our Facility Manager, has been a valued member of the Roseridge team for over seven years. Having started in an administration and resident care support role, she has developed an in-depth understanding of Roseridge’s operations, values, and commitment to quality care. Through her dedication, professionalism, and outstanding contribution to quality assurance and compliance, Suani was appointed Facility Manager in early 2026 and has since become a permanent member of our leadership team. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and service delivery are maintained across all areas of Roseridge. Working closely with Sabrina, Suani leads auditing, quality improvement initiatives, compliance monitoring, and the implementation of policies and procedures. Her exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and proactive approach to continuous improvement have helped strengthen Roseridge’s quality systems and support positive outcomes for residents, families, and staff. Suani is highly respected by both colleagues and residents for her caring nature, reliability, and commitment to excellence. Her passion for doing things well and creating a supportive environment makes her an invaluable part of the Roseridge leadership team.
Together, Sabrina and Suani provide the clinical, operational, and quality leadership that ensures Roseridge continues to grow, improve, and deliver exceptional care for every resident.

  • Lily Zhao, our Clinical Manager and an experienced Registered Nurse, supervises the clinical staff with residents’ health and wellbeing as her top priority.
